Here you will find a collection of the organizational knowledge built up over decades of work at the CIL.
The platform is organized by folders which you will see in the menu on the left of the page. Those folders are organized by department, with staff of that departments being given access to those documents. This effectively allows every department to keep their own documentation.
On top of these departmental sections there will also be general information, organizational histories, and resources that will be accessible to all staff of the organization.
This knowledge base concept succeeds to the degree that we all use it to enshrine the lessons learned and processes developed through our tireless work. By writing all of this down, not only are we preserving it for the future, we are also democratizing knowledge generation across the organization and contributing to a more horizontally organized environment.
